Ingredients: 1 cup sour cream 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup ranch dressing 32 oz chicken broth 8 oz softened cream cheese, cubed
1 stick (8 tablespoons) softened butter Meat from 8 chicken thighs (I preboiled and shredded these but you could just put in raw, and extend cooking time) 2 tablespoons cumin 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt 2 tablespoon cajun seasoning 2 diced poblano peppers 1 diced bell pepper 1 diced yellow onion
Directions: Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours (or 8 if using raw chicken) Top as desired.
