8 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered Monkfruit sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Using a stand mixer whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Remove and set aside. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, monkfruit, vanilla and lemon juice together in the stand mixer. Mix until combined. Fold in the whipped heavy cream and top with ChocZero white chocolate chips and enjoy!
