Easy Homemade "Graham" Crackers (Keto, LowCarb, DairyFree)



Ingredients:


1 batch of my Everything Dough (click HERE for recipe)

1 tablespoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons Pyure granulated sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions:


Between two pieces of parchment paper roll the dough out to about 1/4" thickness. You can cut it into any shape you like. I had a star cookie cutter so I made them fun star shapes! You can also go traditional and cut them into graham crackers. The larger the shape, keep in mind the dough will "curl" up so you want to dock it with a fork. These were about 1-1/2" in size so they maintained their shape.

Place your cut out graham crackers onto a silicone lined baking sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Allow to cool.

Drizzle with melted Choczero white chocolate if desired.
