Buffalo Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients


1 pound peeled and deveined raw hrimp

1/2 cup Franks Buffalo sauce

1/2 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning of your choice

1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder





Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Pat all of your shrimp dry. Toss them in a ziploc bag and add in the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning.

Spread out evenly on the sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and quickly toss the shrimp in the buffalo sauce. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.

Plate and enjoy with the Ultimate Blue Cheese dipping sauce!
