1-1/2 cups mayonaisse
1-1/2 cups sour cream
4 cloves fresh garlic
3 large green onions, root trimmed off
5 oz crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon (or to taste) pink Himalayan salt
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until combined. You may increase the fluidity with additional heavy cream, depending on your preference of texture. Taste and add additional salt if desired and serve!
Best kept in a glass container refrigerated up to 7 days.
