Ingredients for Dip:
1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt 5%
1 cup crumbled feta
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Red pepper flakes
Combine the yogurt, feta, garlic powder, salt and olive oil. Blend until all incorporated.
Top with the red pepper flakes if desired.
Serve with veggies, meats, low carb tortilla chips, etc.
12 pieces of thinly sliced prosciutto
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease the muffin tins very well. Cradle the muffin tin with the prosciutto piece. Bake for 12 minutes, check for crispiness. Return to oven if a crispier final product is desired for 1 minute intervals.
Remove from the tins immediately with tongs and place on a paper towel lined plate for the grease to drain properly.
