2.5 pounds pork spare ribs
2-1/4 cups Golden Lakanto Sweetener
1 cup Spiceologist "Black Magic" seasoning or other cajun seasoning of your choice
3/4 cup Coconut Aminos
Remove the silver skin from the pork spare ribs, separate if they are not already individual ribs.
Mix the cajun seasoning and sweetener together in a bowl. In a small pan over medium heat add in 1-1/2 cups of the dry seasoning mix along with the coconut aminos. Allow the "sugar" to melt and stir together for approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Spray a 6 quart crock pot with cooking spray, and add in your ribs. Pour the sauce over the riubs and cook on high for 6 hours.
Remove each rib individually from the crock pot and dip in the remaining dry rub. Airfry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes to get crispy or bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit on a greased wire rack.
Top with seasame seeds, sliced green onions, and mini bell peppers if desired!
