Roasted Paprika and Garlic Cauliflower


1 medium head fresh cauliflower

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

2 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheight. Cut the florets off of the caulilower head. Place them in a large bowl. Coat with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Toss well to combine. Bake for 35 minutes on a silicone or parchment lined sheet pan.
