Broth Base:
8 cups bone broth (see recipe here)
1 head bok choy, finely sliced 4 tablespoons liquid coconut aminos
4 tablespoons garlic powder
Toppings:
1 pound thinly sliced flank steak
2 bag shiritaki noodles, rinsed and drained
2 cups bean sprouts
2 fresh jalapenos
2 fresh limes
12 fresh basil leaves
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3 green onions, diced
Warm up the bone broth and add in the chopped bok choy, garlic powder, and liquid aminos. Once the broth is hot, ladel into bowls and evenly distribute the flank steak. The heat from the broth will cook the meat. Top with all other ingredients. Serve and enjoy
