Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes, washed and dried
1 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/8 cup Pyure granulated sweetener
1/2 tablespoon LoRann Maple emulsion flavoring
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Tools Needed:
7x11 baking dish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice the sweet potatoes in half, then into 1/4" sized slices while keeping the skin on.
Toss them in a bowl and pour the melted butter on top. Mix in the cinnamon, sweetener, and maple flavoring.
Layer them into your parchment lined baking dish and top evenly with the sliced almonds.
Bake for 65 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft to the touch.
Serve warm!
