3 pounds chicken legs with skin on, cleaned and patted dry
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 cup stone ground mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Whisk all marinade ingredients together. Split in half. -
In a bowl, toss in chicken legs and half of marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Lay out on the parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Use clean remaining half of marinade as a dip, or coat chicken with a secondary glaze and enjoy!
