LowCarb Red Berry Tea Infused Blondies



When I first came across Tosh Snacks I was so surprised! I am always looking for healthier alternatives for my family and these items are awesome!


I nabbed up all of the cookies because we know with four kids, they are always browsing for snacks. I feel great knowing that I can offer them something with 50% less sugar compared to so many other snack options out there.







They even have these amazing teas that I totally fell in love with. I made a delicious Red Berry Infused Blondie that's even low carb and keto friendly. It paired up perfect with a cup of the tea as well.


It's a super simple recipe, and make sure to grab the products from Toshsnacks.com or your local grocery!


Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

2 eggs

3 tablespoons melted butter (grassfed and organic is best)

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/3 cup stevia sweetener

2 tablespoon Tosh Snacks brewed Red Berries infusion tea

Optional: 3 tablespoons crushed dehydrated strawberries





Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 3 ramekins 4 0z size with cooking spray.


Mix all dry ingredients together and add in butter, eggs, and tea. Blend well.

Distribute evenly in the 3 ramekins and bake for 12 minutes in the center rack of your oven.

Sprinkle the dehydrated strawberries on top immediately upon removal from the oven.

Allow to cool completely and enjoy!
