Prepare cookie dough mixture according to directions. Press into selected mold. These were from CKProducts, however I think they are discontinued. There are some additional molds such as "Witch Fingers" from other mold stores too. Here's a link to check some out, click HERE
Spray the molds with cooking spray and press the dough firmly into the cavities. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then bake on a parchment or silicone lined sheet pan at 350 degrees Farenheit. Cook time will vary based on the mold you utilized.
You can also create your own "witch fingers" by forming the dough yourself.
Once the cookies have cooled completely, using some red food dye, drip it into the "crevices" of the cookies to create the "bloody" effect.
1 Cup cold heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup melted choczero white chocolate chips (see below for discount info)
7 drops green food coloring
1/4 cup powdered monkfruit (Pyure)
Whip the heavy cream until fluffed.
Add in sweetener. Gently fold in white chocolate and green food coloring at the same time.
Garnish with additional white chocolate chips, dunk your cookies and enjoy!
