Keto Pizza- Classic Pepperoni, Cheese, and Black Olives


1/2 batch Everything Dough

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Olive oil cooking spray

1/2 cup lowcarb tomato/pizza sauce of your choice

2 cups shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/2 cup sliced Pepperoni-- or however much you like to load it with!

Additional tools:

Parchment Paper

Rolling pin

Sheet pan

Silicone baking mat


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Lay down a silicone baking mat. Spray your silicone baking mat with the cooking spray. Create a well in the middle of the dough, pour in the olive oil and garlic powder. Knead the dough for a minute or two, until the ingredients are mixed in. Using your hands, flatten the dough out into a even oval shape as best as possible. (Or circle, square, etc whatever shape you'd like to achieve.

Cover the dough with a piece of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is about 1/4" thick. You can make any repairs of tears in the dough by simply pushing it back together. Put the silicone baking mat witht he dough on a sheet pan. Dock with a fork all around. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove from the oven. Immediately spread out your pizza sauce, add cheese and toppings. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, depending on how well you like your pizza toppings cooked.

Slice and enjoy!
