Keto Peppermint Fudge



Ingredients:


12 oz unsweetened dark chocolate

1 cup white sugar free chocolate chips (like ChocZero)

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1/4 cup powdered monkfruit

1/4 cup crushed sugar free peppermint candies

2 teaspoons peppermint extract

1 cup prepared keto condensed milk (recipe below)




Keto Condensed Milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup butter

1 vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 cup powdered monkfruit



Tools Needed:

Parchment paper

8x8 brownie pan








Directions:


Prepare a small saucepan for the keto condensed milk. Combine all ingredients and set temperature to medium.

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and stir into the condensed milk mixture.


Add in the peppermint flavoring, powdered monkfruit and stir.


Pour into the parchment lined 8x8 pan and allow to set up.


Melt the white chocolate chips with the tablespoon of coconut oil over low heat on the stove. Pour on the top of the dark chocolate. Sprinkle immediately with the crushed sugar free peppermints!

Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours and serve!
