Keto/Low Carb Sweet Chili Glaze


1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup of dry white wine

2 tablespoons of crushed dried red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon minced ginger

3 cloves minced fresh garlic cloves

1/4 cup Pyure granulated sweetener

1/4 cup Lakanto golden sweetener

1/2 tablespoon liquid coconut aminos


In a small pot over medium heat combine all ingredients. Whisk until combined. Turn heat up to high and bring to a steady rolling boil for 5 minutes straight. Reduce heat to low for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool and store in a glass container. Use to glaze any type of protein, like this salmon I cooked in the air fryer!
