1/2 scoop LowCarb "WILDKAT" Chocolate protein powder (click HERE to purchase)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
6 oz whipped cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons powdered monkfruit
Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form- Mix in the whipped cream cheese.
Set aside half and add in the powdered monkfruit and vanilla extract.
Add the chocolate shake mix to the remaining half and mix very well.
Using a pastry bag (or ziploc bag with the tip cut off) pipe the white cheesecake mixture into the bottom of your serving vessels. Repeat with the chocolate shake mixture as a topping.
Garnish with berries and enjoy! Refrigerate any leftovers.
Makes approximately 15- 2oz dessert cups.
