1 can artichoke hearts, (approximately 8 hearts)
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons garlic & herb seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Drain the hearts and slice in half, keeping them wet with the moisture from being canned.
In a small bowl combine the almond flour, salt, and garlic & herb seasoning. Coat each artichoke heart half evenly.
Line your airfryer with foil and slightly grease. Airfry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Serve immediately with ranch dipping sauce and enjoy!
