2 racks baby back ribs
3 tablespoon garlic powder.
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper.
2 tablespoons onion powder.
2 teaspoons dried thyme.
2 teaspoons dried parsley.
1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute (we used Lakanto)
2 teaspoons pink Himalayan Salt
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup olive oil & 2 tablespoons separated
Combine all dry seasonings together in a glass bowl and mix. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Remove silver skin from ribs. Rub down with 1/4 olive oil evenly distributed among the rib racks.
Take 2 large sheets of aluminum foil, enough to wrap each set of ribs separately. Grease aluminum foil thoroughly with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place one rack of ribs per sheet and rub the spice mix liberally coating the racks of ribs.
Seal up completely in the the foil. Place on a sheet pan and set timer for 45 minutes. Rotate ribs in oven and set timer for another 45 minutes.
Remove and let rest in foil for 15 minutes before unwrapping.
