Grasshopper Fudge Brownies



Brownies:

Keto Fudgy Brownie Base- recipe HERE

1 tablespoon LorAnn Oils Peppermint Emulsion



Mint Frosting:

1-3/4 cup powdered Monkfruit

3 tablespoons softened unsalted butter

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

4-6 drops green food coloring if desired

1 tablespoon LorAnn Oils Peppermint Emulsion


Topping:

1/4 cup ChocZero dark chocolate chips (code mydomesticatedbitofchaos saves you 10%)


Tools Needed:

Mixing bowls

7x11 glass baking dish

Cooking spray



Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease your glass 7x11 baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine all dry ingredients for the brownie mixture except the chocolate chips and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients, add in the peppermint LorAnn emulsion, and whisk together evenly.

Pour half of the mixture into the glass baking dish, add in the chocolate chips. Top with the remaining half of the batter and smooth out with a spatula.

Bake in the center rack for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool completely.



Prep Frosting:

Using a stand mixer, mix the powdered monkfruit and butter together. Add in the sour cream, heavy whipping cream, peppermint flavor, and green food color. Spread out on top of cooled brownies, top with chocolate chips and enjoy.
