Chaffles have been a HUGE "deal" in the keto community for quite a while. It did kind of fizzle down for a bit but I see them popping back up all over the place again LOL!
Well I'm doing dairy free right now yall... so that isn't happening in my book.
I came up with this recipe originally making a savory one which I also share HERE
but once I had the savory I was like mmmm okkkk now I need a sweet breakfast one!
Super simple and super tasty!

1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup mayo
2 eggs, whisked
1/2 tablespoon LorAnn Oils Almond flavored Emulsion (or you can use 2 teaspoon vanilla extract)
3 tablespoons Pyure granulated sweetener
Waffle Maker (I used the mini dash and got 4 waffles with this recipe)
Preheat mini waffle maker and grease with cooking spray.
Combine all waffle ingredients and mix well.
Scoop a rounded 2 tablespoons of batter into the waffle maker and press down. Cook as instructed per your waffle maker.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Refrigerate any leftovers up to 5 days.
