Making flavorful corned beef has never been easier!
3 pounds corned beef brisket
2 tablespoons pickling spice
1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt
2 cans (8oz) club soda - I used lime flavored Perrier and it was delish! 2 medium onions, sliced thin
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 stick (8 tablespoons) grass fed butter
6 quart crock pot
Grease your crock pot evenly with cooking spray. Add in your beef briskets. Top with the cubed butter, pickling spice, salt, sliced onions, and garlic. Pour in the club soda and cover. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 10 hours
Remove brisket onto a serving dish and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Shred as desired, removing the fatty pieces.
