3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 whole head roasted garlic (8-12 cloves)
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup room temperature butter
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
In a medium sauce pan, in the butter and cloves from the roasted garlic over medium heat. Sautee for approximately 3 minutes. Pour in the heavy whipping cream and stir. Add in the blue cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Use an immersion blender to blend, or pour into a food processor.
Pour over desired protein or veggie and enjoy!
