Cranberry Apple Cider- Crockpot Version

Ingredients:

3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

6 cups purified water

1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 whole lemon, sliced into rings

2-1/2 cups brown sugar substitute (I used Lakanto Golden)

1 teaspoon clove

3 whole cinnamon sticks

1 vanilla bean, split open or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract




Directions:

Place all ingredients into a 6 quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 10 hours. (I set mine the night before and woke up to a house smelling amazing!)

Taste test for sweetness, add additional sweetener if desired.


Serve hot or chilled.

For an additional boost, try adding in your favorite whiskey or bourbon!
