Cornbread- Keto/LowCarb/Gluten Free





Ingredients:


2-1/2 cups almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon Pyure granulated sweetener

5 whole eggs

1/2 cup unsweetened unflavored almond milk

8 tablespoons melted butter, separated

2 tablespoons Pyure Harmless Hunny




Directions:


Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and Pyure granualted sweetener. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add in the almond milk, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, and Pyure harmless hunny. Mix well.


Pour the mixture into a parchment lined 7x11 baking dish. Top with the remaining 4 tablespoons of melted butter





Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
