Coffee & Chili Dry Rub




Ingredients:

1 cup used coffee grinds (standard flavor)

3 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt

2 tablespoons annatto seeds (or chili powder)

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper



Directions:

Mix together well. Keep stored in a glass jar in the fridge.




Tip- I used this on 4 black angus beef roasts that were approximately 1" thick ( 3 pounds total meat) rubbed them down liberally and marinated overnight. I then airfryed them at 400 degrees for 16 minutes total, flipping at the 8 minute mark.
