Vanilla Bourbon Cranberry Sauce


1 bag fresh cranberries (12 oz)

1/2 cup bourbon

1 stick butter (8 tablespoons)

1/2 cup Pyure granulated sweetener (or sweetener of your choice)

1 vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


In a small saucepan over medium heat add in all ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. Enjoy hot or chill overnight!
