Strawberry Tahini Blondies (Keto, LowCarb, Dairy Free)

This makes a large batch! So perfect for freezing into individual portions, or if you are hosting a party!


5 cups almond flour

3 tablespoons baking powder

1 cup fluid coconut oil

1 cup granulated sugar substitute (I used Pyure)

1 cup tahini (make sure it's unsweetened)

2 eggs, whisked

4 packets TruLemon Orange flavor packets or 2 teaspoons orange extract

1/2 cup strawberry compote or lowcarb jam of your choice


3/4 cup powdered sugar substitute (I used Pyure)

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

3 packets TruLemon Orange flavor packets or 1/2 teaspoon orange extract

(Combine and set aside)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish.

Combine all dry ingredients. Slowly mix in wet ingredients. Pour into your baking dish and spread out evenly. Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool and then cut into 3'X3" squares.

Top with glaze and enjoy!
