Spicy Bahamian Coleslaw
1 large head green cabbage or 2 bags pre-shredded coleslaw mix
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup ranch dressing of your choice
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 large yellow onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons "Slap Ya Mama" cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt
Mix all ingredients together in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Refrigerate for two hours before eating for best flavors.
Depending on the size of your cabbage head you may need to increase your mayo amount. Add 1 tablespoon at a time until a creamy consistency is reached. Taste test to adjust salt and pepper.
