6 slice of thick sliced bacon
1 tablespoon of mayo
1/2 cup of pork rinds
1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
Pulse the pork rinds in the food processor until they resemble a breadcrumb texture.
Pour them into a shallow tray and mix in the cajun seasoning. Coat only the top part of the bacon with the mayo and then dip only the top in the crumb mixture evenly.
Place in your airfryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until crispy!
